Mac Os Versions
- If you use older versions of the Mac operating system but downloaded a new version of Python 3 from its official website, then you should be careful when trying to uninstall the program. Never modify or delete files related to the pre-installed Python by Apple.
- Apr 26, 2021 If your Mac is using an earlier version of any Mac operating system, you should install the latest Apple software updates, which can include important security updates and updates for the apps that are installed by macOS, such as Safari, Books, Messages, Mail, Music, Calendar, and Photos.
Nov 29, 2017 Since I upgraded to High Sierra OS 10.13.1 (from OS 10.12), my Photoshop (CS6) crashes whenever I use Nik Collection within CS6. My short research shows that there is an issue of compatibility between Photoshop CC (and earlier releases) & OS 10.13 High Sierra.

Hi Mali,
I also have same problem for installing PeakSplitter as below,
but only the BedGraphParser.d was generated in the PeakSplitter_v1 folder.
My Mac is Mac OS X10.6.8. (32 bit)
Could you give your advice to solve the problem?
Best,
Yuuki

Hi Xiaovangwith? 'wigPosition* nextPosition();' (so actually just remove the BedGraphParser:: from that line)
Please open the file BedGraphParser.h, and replace line 12 'wigPosition* BedGraphParser::nextPosition();'
Then re-compile and let me know how it goes
Thanks

2011/12/11 mali salmonHi XiaoyangPlease replace the 'sfl.h, prelude.h and sflprint.h'? files under SFL folder with the attached files, then try to re-compile (go to SFL/Release folder, type 'make clean', then run 'make')
Sorry for the late reply.
I suppose you have Mac OS, unfortunately, SFL doesn't support Mac OS and hence the problems with different Mac versions.
I added some lines in the code forcing the compiler to think your machine is 64 bit.
Please tell me if this solved the problem
Thanks
Mali
